U.S. Special Representative for North Korea, Stephen Biegun, says the U.S. remains open to talking to the North.<br />Speaking at a nuclear conference hosted by a U.S. think tank on Monday,.. Biegun remained optimistic saying "diplomacy is still very much alive,"... adding they "will stay closely engaged".<br />The top U.S. negotiator, however, made it clear the U.S. seeks the elimination of all weapons of mass destruction in the North,... and not just nuclear weapons. <br />He added until the process of denuclearization is complete,... the U.S. will not remove any sanctions.<br />Neither side has acknowledged any communication since the Hanoi Summit. <br />
