Seoul Metropolitan Government is adding to its fleet of rescue helicopters, bringing in a new multifunctional helicopter that can provide medical care and help put out fires.<br />The Leonardo AW-189 helicopter will carry EMS kits including respirators and defibrillators, and is equipped with thermal observation and meteorological radar equipment so it can provide treatment during the night.<br />And its water bucket can hold up to two-thousand liters of water to help extinguish fires.<br />The chopper can carry up to eighteen people and stay in the air for over four hours. It begins operations on Tuesday. <br />
