Try it at home and do not forget to share your feedback in the comments below.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />250 gms Chicken (Boneless)<br />1 tsp Soy sauce<br />1 tsp Garlic, minced<br />1 tsp Ginger, minced<br />1/4 tsp Black Pepper powder<br />200 gms Hakka Noodles, boiled<br />Corn Flour<br />4-5 tbsp Oil<br />2 tsp Garlic, minced<br />2 tsp Ginger, minced <br />1 tsp Chilli flakes<br />1/4 cup Spring Onion, white<br />Red Bell Peppers, chopped<br />Yellow Bell Peppers, chopped<br />3/4 cup Chicken stock<br />2 tbsp Soy Sauce<br />2 tbsp Oyster Sauce<br />1 tbsp Corn flour + Chicken stock<br />Salt<br />1/2 tsp Vinegar<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />In a bowl, add chicken, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, black pepper powder and mix well.<br />In a vessel, add boiled& drained noodles, corn flour and toss it.<br />Heat a pan, add oil and add noodles all over the surface of the pan.<br />Once its slightly brown and crisp at the bottom, slide it into a plate.<br />Add some more oil to the pan, flip the noodles and place it on the pan to fry it on the other-side.<br />Take it out on a plate.<br />Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger, chilli flakes, chicken and stir fry it.<br />Add spring onion, red bell peppers, yellow bell peppers<br />Add chicken stock, soy sauce, oyster sauce, mix them well.<br />Add corn flour slurry, salt, vinegar and give it a stir.<br />Place the stir fried noodles on a plate and top it with the gravy.<br />
