As the UK battens down the hatches due to the incoming adverse weather courtesy of Storm Gareth, big waves smash the Cornwall coast today (March 12).<br /><br />In the small town of Porthleven, some brave residents ventured to the cliffs to witness the ferocity of the tides. <br /><br />The Met Office tweeted: "[Storm Gareth] is forecast to bring strong winds and heavy rain to the UK later on Tuesday and into Wednesday."
