Taking a look at the markets.<br />Wall Street was mixed by the end of Tuesday's session, with the Dow in the red, the other two up slightly.<br />Pulling up the numbers.<br />The Dow Jones Industrial Average lost zero-point-four percent to 25,554.<br />The S&P 500 rose zero-point-three percent to 2,791.<br />The Nasdaq added over zero-point-four percent to 7,591.<br />South Korean stocks rose on Monday on rising hope for more stimulus measures from China.<br />The benchmark KOSPI gained 19 points, or zero-point-nine percent, to finish at 2,157. <br />The tech-heavy KOSDAQ soared more than two-point-one percent to 754. <br />
