Delivering a speech this morning to represent the National Assembly's smallest negotiating body,... the floor leader of the minor opposition Bareunmirae Party, Kim Kwan-young.... emphasized reforming politics, the economy and the livelihoods of the people. <br />Kim said,.... the National Assembly should promptly implement the mixed-member proportional representation system.... despite opposition from the main opposition party.<br />Also saying how the current administration gives too much power to the presidential office,... he called for reforms especially on appointing personnel.<br />Kim added,... the administration's policies to "abruptly" increase the minimum wage is suffocating the economy,... demanding a wage freeze for next year.<br />As for tackling the fine dust problem... Kim called on the government to create a cross-national organization.<br />He also called on the government to come up with specific measures to boost the birthrate and lower the suicide rate. <br />
