Lori Loughlin Surrenders <br />to Federal Authorities in <br />College Admissions Scandal The 'Full House' Star is scheduled <br />to appear before a federal judge <br />in LA on Wednesday afternoon. She is one of dozens of <br />defendants accused in <br />a sweeping college <br />admissions investigation in which wealthy parents spent <br />or laundered millions in order <br />to get their children accepted <br />into elite universities. Loughlin and fashion designer <br />husband Mossimo Giannulli <br />are accused of paying bribes <br />to the tune of $500,000 so that their daughters <br />would get accepted into the <br />University of Southern California. Their daughters were <br />accepted to USC as rowers <br />under a special athletics admission. Prosecutors say there <br />is no evidence either daughter <br />has ever competed as a rower.
