A U.S. District Court's 500-million-dollar lawsuit ordering the North Korean regime to pay compensation for the death of Otto Warmbier was sent back to the U.S. court earlier this month.<br />This means North Korea rejected the U.S. court ruling and returned the compensation judgment documents.<br />The U.S. District Court for Columbia sent the documents along with a Korean-language translation in January... and Pyeongyang immediately returned them.<br />The lawsuit was once again delivered to the North's foreign ministry in February and was returned that time too.<br />Otto Warmbier was arrested in Pyeongyang in January 2016 and was released in 2017 in a comatose state. He was later pronounced dead in the U.S. <br />
