Good morning, bring an umbrella on your way out, we have a mix of rain and snow in the forecast for many areas, it's been already raining in parts of Chungcheong-do and Jeollado-Provinces, which will gradually expand to rest of country. Seoul will see light rain and snow from around mid afternoon. <br /><br />Meanwhile, ultra fine dust levels are high in central western regions, including here in Seoul. Incheon, and Gyeonggi-do Province and Chungcheongnam-do Province will likely see polluted air all day. <br /><br />Temperatures will rise to above seasonal averages, but be aware of big temperature gaps between lows and highs and dress accordingly.<br /><br />Shifting to today's temperatures, low single digit morning lows for many areas.
