South Korea's national security chief, Chung Eui-yong met on Thursday with members of the National Security Council.<br />They discussed ways to improve relations between the two Koreas and with the U.S....within the framework of international sanctions.<br />The NSC standing committee also reviewed an annual report by experts on the UN Sanctions Committee on North Korea and talked about ways to continue dialogue towards achieving complete denuclearization. <br />
