S. Korea bans flight of B737 MAX jets for three months

Following other countries' suit,... South Korea has decided to ban Boeing 7-3-7 Max aircraft from landing and taking off at local airports, and from passing through the country's airspace for three months.<br />This decision comes after there were two crashes involving the 7-3-7 Max model over the past five months.<br />On Thursday, the Transport Ministry notified airlines worldwide of the decision.<br />The government also plans to ban any additional acquisitions of the model until it's shown to be safe. <br />
