We start at South Korea's Blue House,... where a high-ranking official says there will be "no turning back" in relations between North Korea and the U.S.<br /> Speaking on the condition of anynomity,... the official said despite the Hanoi summit last month ending without a deal,... the two sides won't move backwards... given the progress they've made over the past year.<br />Both Pyeongyang and Washington, the official noted, have continuously expressed a desire to continue their negotiations and diplomacy.<br /> Another point was that North Korea's vice foreign minister Choe Sun-hui, in her remarks, did not rule out the talks resuming... and there's President Trump saying they need to continue.<br />The official added that perhaps the time is approaching for another summit between the two Koreas -- and that the top office will go over the possible options. <br />
