A large fire has broken out at a factory in central Russia that processes rubber goods today (March 17), resulting a large column of black smoke issuing out. <br /><br />The Iskozh plant in Chernogorsk in the Republic of Khakassia caught fire. According to preliminary data, the fire danger area radiating from the out-of-service department of rubber goods has reached 1,500 m², and a huge black plume of smoke can be seen from any point in the city. <br /><br />Seven fire brigades and at least 30 firefighters are now trying to put out the fire, which is still burning at time of reporting.
