The MCA has decided to stay in Barisan Nasional, says party president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.<br /><br />He read out a statement by the central committee, after a five-hour meeting at the party headquarters on Sunday afternoon.<br /><br />The decision to stay on in Barisan came after the three-party coalition - Umno, MCA and MIC - did not arrive at a consensus on a resolution to dissolve the coalition and forge new alliances at a Barisan supreme council meeting here on March 8.<br /><br />Read more at https://www.thestar.com.my/news/nation/2019/03/17/dr-wee-mca-to-stay-in-barisan/
