South Korea's foreign minister and her Libyan counterpart will meet in the coming hours for talks at the government complex in Seoul.<br />Kang Kyung-wha and Mohamed Taha Siala are expected to discuss issues surrounding the Korean peninsula and the Middle East and share ideas on fostering more cooperation in the future.<br />However, the top agenda will be the abduction of a Korean man alongside three Filipino men in Libya last year.<br />The men have been held captive by an unidentified armed group for almost eight months.<br />Kang is expected to ask for the Libyan government's best efforts so the abductee can return home safely as soon as possible. <br />
