The Sultan of Kelantan graced the opening of the second term of the 14th state legislative assembly at the Kota Darul Naim Complex in Kota Bharu on Monday.<br /><br />It was Sultan Muhammad V's first official appearance since resigning as the Yang di-Pertuan Agong on Jan 6, 2019.
