Jet Pack Made With Fire Extinguishers Fails to Propel Guy

This guy made a makeshift jet pack using fire extinguishers and decided to jump from a roof wearing them. He thought it would foam give some propulsion. However, it didn't go as planned, and he landed clumsily on a scaffolding beneath the roof.
