A Turkish man has been arrested following a shooting on a tram in the Dutch city of Utrecht.<br />37-year-old Gokmen Tanis is suspected of killing three people and injuring five others on Monday.<br />Tanis, who was already known to police, was taken into custody after an hours-long manhunt.<br />The city was put into lockdown after the shooting, which authorities initially said was an apparent terrorist attack.<br />However, the suspect's motives are still under investigation.<br />A prosecutor said the attack could have been sparked by what he called "family reasons." <br />
