'댓글조작' 김경수 오늘 2심 시작... 구속 48일 만에 법정에<br /><br />On Tuesday, Gyeongsangnam-do Province Governor Kim Kyoung-soo attended the first appeals hearing related to his conviction in the online opinion-rigging case.<br />He was sentenced in late January to two years in prison for colluding with a power blogger known as "Druking" to manipulate online news comments ahead of the 2017 presidential election.<br />Kim requested bail,... claiming that he needs to return to his duties as a sitting governor and that he poses no flight risk and will not destroy evidence.<br />The court is expected to announce whether it will grant him bail in his second hearing set for April 11th.
