Federal Territories Minister Khalid Samad said Kuala Lumpur City Council (DBKL) has implemented a reshuffling exercise to tackle the corruption issue.<br /><br />The exercise will be carried out for two or three years to prevent the officers from holding the same portfolio over a long period of time.<br /><br />Khalid told reporters this at the Parliament lobby on Wednesday.
