The UN Security Council's sanctions committee is holding a closed-door meeting to discuss sanctions on North Korea, including possible tougher measures.<br />The committee is reviewing how UN member states have been implementing the sanctions, as well as looking at the expert panel reports submitted last week. <br />The reports said the regime has been illegally receiving refined petroleum products via ship-to-ship transfers and has been exporting small arms to Syria, Yemen, Libya and Sudan.<br />The committee will discuss if additions need to be made to the sanctions list and if exemptions for humanitarian aid should be granted. <br />
