Overnight rain has washed away all the dust from the air, but it's a bit chilly today so dress warmly on your way out. <br /><br />Temperature-wise, starting this afternoon, colder winds will blow in and it should feel chillier than the actual digits. The spring cold snap returns tomorrow morning with a low of minus 1 degree Celsius.<br /><br />A winter coat might be needed as it will feel a bit chilly even in the afternoon. Daily highs will be a few notches lower than yesterday. Seoul will get up to 13 degrees Celsius.<br /><br />Today is Chunbun which is the spring equinox, marking the halfway point between the winter and summer solstice. But rather in Seoul we'll go through winter-like mornings for the next few days <br /><br />Dress accordingly to avoid catching a cold.
