The incidents occurred in Ethiopia and Indonesia and have left over 250 people dead. Sources say the department will <br />look into how Boeing originally <br />marketed the plane to the <br />Federal Aviation Administration. Multiple reports of pilots <br />complaining about the aircraft's <br />controls have now been revealed. In one report to the FAA, the 737 Max moved on its own when autopilot was switched on after takeoff. Investigators have since linked this issue to the Indonesia crash last October. After the second incident in Ethiopia, Boeing executives insisted that the plane was still safe to fly. The 737 has since been <br />grounded worldwide, but <br />production on them has continued.
