Occurred on September 2017 / Yekaterinburg, Russia<br /><br />Info from Licensor: "In Yekaterinburg, I videoed my neighbors are trying to get a drowned car with a tractor. The tractor also fell into the water and crushed the hood of the car. The video shows bewilderment on the face of the owner of car who is in the camouflage jacket."
