This little girl in New Hampshire was shocked to hear birds again after a bitter winter while playing outside.<br /><br />The clip, filmed March 20 shows three-year-old Scarlett playing outside when suddenly she hears birds and gets excited at hearing the noise.<br /><br />“Did you hear the birds?! It’s crazy!” Little Scarlett can be heard saying in the video.
