Jordan Peele's 'Us' Nabs<br />$7.4 Million on Opening Night The horror-thriller 'Us' debuted <br />in North America on March 21. It beat out 'The Nun,' which made<br />$5.4 million on its opening night<br />and 'A Quiet Place,' which<br />only made $4.3 million. 'Us' is projected to make as much as<br />$45 million in its opening weekend, topping<br />Peele’s previous film, 'Get Out,' by over $10 million. The movie is Peele’s first<br />project with Universal Pictures<br />after the $225 millions worldwide<br />success of 'Get Out' in 2018. 'Us' will launch in 48 international<br />markets across 3,741 theaters. It currently has a 95% rating<br />on Rotten Tomatoes, and is one of the “most anticipated movies<br />of the year” after it launched at the 2019<br />South by Southwest film festival.
