A man who stole a car in Canada's capital city drives very dangerously in a series of hit and runs at the University of Ottawa Campus.<br /><br />In the video, we can see that the car is severely damaged and drifts erratically, almost knocking pedestrians down. <br /><br />The filmer wrote: "The video was taken the second time he (the driver) went around the block and headed towards the Ottawa University Campus for the second time."<br /><br />Police were called to the campus after several people reported seeing a van speeding dangerously through the streets, hitting multiple vehicles.<br /><br />The driver eventually abandoned the van and was arrested by officers nearby a short time later. The 36-year-old is facing several charges.<br /><br />There were no reports of injuries.
