A video shows devastation in Jayapura Regency of Papua, Indonesia after flash floods struck the area on March 16, 2019.<br /><br />The clip was recorded by Grace Victoria Ratu as she made her way to deliver aid to several emergency shelters.<br /><br />According to the latest count from the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), at least 100 people have died, 159 are injured and 74 still missing.
