합법적 국내 체류 무국적자, 왕복 여행증명서 발급받는다<br /><br />Stateless people staying in Korea will now be allowed to come back to the country after travelling overseas.<br />Seoul's foreign ministry has decided that the old policy of only guaranteeing them the right to leave violated their human rights.<br />The issue surfaced two years ago when an Uzbek professor, who had lived in Korea for 11 years, raised a petition over the travel issue soon after losing his Uzbek citizenship.
