검찰 과거사위, '김학의 사건' 재수사 권고<br /><br />South Korea's Justice Ministry has asked the prosecution to reopen a probe into the former vice minister of justice, Kim Hak-ui ,... who's accused of sexual assault and bribery.<br />The former deputy minister is suspected of having raped multiple women at a sex party organized by a businessman who wanted favors.<br />Police investigated him in 2013, but the prosecution suspiciously ended the probe, citing lack of evidence.<br />A special commission on past misconduct by the prosecution wants the issue investigated again because it says there's still evidence to look through... and because prosecutors weren't thorough the first time.<br />The former vice minister has been banned from leaving the country since last Friday when justice ministry officials stopped him from boarding a flight to Thailand.
