Two directors of a used tyre-processing company have been slapped with more charges for polluting Sg Kim Kim at the Johor Baru Sessions Court on Monday (March 25).<br /><br />Both Wang Jing Chao,34, a Singaporean, and Yap Yoke Liang,36,pleaded not guilty after the charges were read before Judge Jailani Rahman.<br /><br />They were alleged to have committed the offence at P Tech Resources Sdn Bhd in the Tanjung Langsat industrial area on March 12.<br /><br />On Sunday(March 24),Wang and Yap, together with the company’s lorry driver N.Maridass were charged for dumping chemical waste into Sungai Kim Kim and not pleaded guilty to the charges against them.
