The U.S. State Department has confirmed that Washington's Special Representative for North Korea, Stephen Biegun, is currently visiting Beijing.<br />While it didn't reveal any details of his itinerary,... he's expected to discuss the North Korean nuclear issue with his Chinese counterpart. <br />He visited London earlier for similar discussions with working-level officials of the UK, France and Germany. <br />
