新쏘나타, 차로유지 기능 탑재... '부분자율주행' 가능<br /><br /> South Korean auto giant Hyundai Motor says its new mid-size Sonata model will be "partially" self-driving.<br />The company said Tuesday the new Sonata will have "Lane Following Assist" technology which detects traffic lanes to keep the vehicle in its lane on the motorway.<br />The new function also controls acceleration, braking and steering depending on the actions of the vehicle ahead of it.<br />The company said drivers can use this new feature regardless of the vehicle's speed.<br />Similar features were introduced before but drivers could only use them when driving faster than 60 kilometers per hour.<br />The firm says its Sonata is the first car in Korea equipped with these new functions.
