Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng said the decision to sell the Malaysian government building in Hong Kong was made the then government, Barisan Nasional. <br /><br />He said back then, the deal was for the building to be sold at RM1.1bil and it was made via direct negotiation with a local company.<br /><br />Speaking to the reporters at the Parliament lobby on Tuesday, Lim said it should be done via an open tender.
