Justice Department Calls for the Affordable Care Act to be <br />Wiped Out Completely Previously, the DoJ had only called for a couple of the ACA's provisions <br />to be removed. They include getting rid of coverage<br />for those who suffer from <br />pre-existing conditions. But now, the department says <br />it agrees with a ruling <br />by a district judge in 2018. In his decision, Reed O'Connor said the law was unconstitutional due to the GOP removing the individual mandate rule. Justice Department, via statement The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals <br />is currently looking over the ruling. In 2012, the Supreme Court <br />upheld Obamacare in a 5-4 decision. If the ACA were to end, <br />coverage will be lost to <br />millions in the U.S.
