Two suspected burglars camped on a roof for more than seven hours after fleeing when police saw them tampering with a motorcycle in northwest London on Tuesday evening (March 26).<br /><br />From the rooftop next to Kingsgate Road near Kilburn, the duo was spotted throwing roof tiles at the police below.<br /><br />"It looks like they are having a poo on the roof from here" wrote the filmer on Twitter. <br /><br />Armed police and helicopters have been called on the scene after a member of the public reportedly saw one of the men carrying a gun.<br /><br />A cordon was put in place and police advised local residents to evacuate the area according to witnesses.<br /><br />Metropolitan police as now tweeted: "The two men who fled from police and climbed onto a roof in #Kilburn have been arrested. Both have been taken into custody at a London police station."
