Don't forget to Like, Subscribe and Comment for instant updates<br /><br /><br />Ingredients:<br />500gms Black Channa<br />1 cup Curd<br />1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder<br />1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder<br />1 tbsp Garam Masala<br />Salt<br />2-3 Bay Leaves<br />1 tbsp Ginger & Garlic Paste<br />2 Onions (sliced)<br />2 Tomatoes (sliced)<br />Coriander Leaves<br />Mint Leaves<br />5 tbsp Oil<br />1/2 cup Water<br />300 gms Basmati Rice (parboiled)<br />Garam Masala<br /><br />Method:<br />First, Marinate the chana add Curd, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala, salt as required, Bay Leaves, Ginger & Garlic Paste. Now mix them all properly, Now add Onions, Tomatoes, Coriander Leaves & Mint Leaves. Transfer all of this into marinated chana with added Oil & Water, again mix them. Add the chana into the Pot/Matka with adding Basmati Rice (parboiled) in the same Pot/Matka with little spring of garam masala. Now heat up the Matka/Pot for 15 minutes. Do not forget to cover the Pot/Matka. After 10 minutes start heating up the top, Pick up a few embers and put in the top of the lid.<br />After 15 minutes your chana biryani is ready to be served on serving plater.
