Meek Mill Honored With His Own Day in Atlanta The rapper was <br />awarded two <br />of Atlanta’s <br />highest honors. Felicia A. Moore, City Council President, and Councilman Cleta Winslow declared March 25, 2019, Meek Mill Day in Atlanta, Georgia. The “honorary citizen” <br />of Atlanta The award is “issued to individuals who have made significant contributions to the local community and are celebrating a major milestone." Mill has partnered with Roc Nation and others to launch <br />the REFORM Alliance. He also has an upcoming documentary <br />series with Amazon, 'Free Meek,' about <br />the criminal justice system. The Philadelphia native was recently honored with Meek Mill Weekend from March 15 to March 17 in his hometown.
