Good morning, we are waking up to harmful toxic dust again in many areas. An ultra fine dust advisory has been issued for Seoul, Chungcheong-do and Jeolla-do Provinces. A face mask is a must on your way out but the air quality should improve in the afternoon. <br />Temperature wise, it's a slightly chillier morning than yesterday while daily highs are forecast to be a couple notches lower than yesterday, daily highs will return to the seasonal average tomorrow. <br />Shifting gears to today's temperatures, daily lows in Seoul and Chuncheon are kicking off at 5 degrees. <br />Eastern regions could see light sprinkles in the morning, mountainous regions in Gangwon-do Province could see up to 7 centimeters of snowfall.
