The United States and China are resuming their latest round of trade talks Thursday in Beijing.<br />Over the two-day meeting, U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin will work to reach an agreement with China's top negotiator Liu He.<br />While U.S. President Donald Trump has voiced hope that he could soon hold a signing ceremony with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping, substantial differences remain, including U.S. demands for structural reform and protection over intellectual property rights. <br />
