남북간 군사합의 이행에 차질... 北, 군사회담 제안에 '무응답'<br /><br />North Korea has still not responded to a proposal by South Korea... that their militaries hold talks... and that they start recovering the remains of both sides' war dead in the DMZ.<br />Quite unlike last year,... when the two Koreas actually did take action to lower tensions based on the military agreement signed at the September summit.<br />The plan was to start excavating their war dead at the DMZ in April.<br />Seoul has notified Pyeongyang that it's formed an excavation team, but according to the defense ministry,... the North has yet to respond.<br /> Seoul has also suggested military talks about allowing civilian ships into the waters on their western sea border -- but the North hasn't responded to that proposal either.
