Demonstrators in Angers, France blocked railway lines this morning (March 28) as the French president Emmanuel Macron visits the city.<br /><br />According to reports, workers of the Arjo Wiggins paper plant in Bessé-sur-Braye met in Angers and blocked train lines in anticipation of the president's arrival.<br /><br />Video shows protesters walking over the tracks.
