All-Female Spacewalk Canceled Due to Lack
of Spacesuits Nasa's historic all-female spacewalk has been scrapped. The reason? They didn't have a second suit available. Astronauts Christina Koch and Anne McClain were scheduled to install batteries on the International Space Station. They both need medium-sized spacesuits, but only one
is available. Koch is now scheduled to complete the mission with with male colleague
Nick Hague. McClain will perform her next spacewalk with another male astronaut, David Saint-Jacques. But sizing requirements can change once astronauts are
in space. Brandi Dean, Spokeswoman, Johnson Space Center in Houston
