An almost hypnotically efficient noodle-cutting machine was spotted being used in a noodle bar in northern China.<br /><br />The video shows a machine cutting noodles length from a block of dough into a pot of boiling water to cook efficiently.<br /><br />The clip was filmed in Datong City in Shanxi Province on January 29.<br /><br />The shop owner said he spent over £100 to get the machine which helped him improve efficiency.
