Most of North Korea's liaison officers have returned to the inter-Korean contact office at the border.<br />Seoul's Unification Ministry says,... since Thursday, there are roughly nine North Korean officers working at the joint liaison office -- an increase from around five earlier this week.<br />Before the temporary withdrawal, the North had ten officers at the office.<br />Despite their return, the South and North Korean ministers at the office did not have a face-to-face meeting this morning.<br />That's because the North's minister did not show up and the deputy minister has been absent since mid-March.<br />The ministers are supposed to meet every Friday.<br />However, the last time they actually met was in late February. <br />
