An 11-year-old boy was found drowned in a water-treatment plant reservoir along the Miri-Bintulu highway in northern Sarawak on Friday.<br /><br />The body of Hairi Iskandar was recovered by a team from the Miri Fire and Rescue Department following an alert received around noon.
