A bizarre video from northwestern China of local villagers building up a "peeing boy" statue to divert natural spring water from the mountain.<br /><br />In the clip, shot in Pingliang City in Gansu Province on March 24, a plastic bucket is placed under a statue which looks like a duplicate of "Manneken Pis" to get spring water.<br /><br />The spring water from the mountain was diverted to the roadside for villagers to use. In order to limit the flow rate, they built up the "peeing boy" statue.
