Good morning, strong winds and cold temperatures over the weekend made us wonder if winter was making a comeback, most of us had to take out our winter jackets again...but at least the air quality was normal to good. The first week of April is kicking off on a cool note, temperatures will be hovering below average for the first half of the week. <br />Most regions will enjoy partly sunny skies with good air, morning lows are kicking off in the low single digits for most areas, Chuncheon seeing a low of minus 3 degrees Celsius.<br />Daily highs will be similar to a couple notches higher than yesterday in most areas...ranging between 10 and 14 degrees Celsius this afternoon, dress accordingly. Meanwhile, Daegu and parts of Gyeongsangbuk-do Province are under dry weather advisories. <br />Temperatures will gradually rise this week with highs hiking to mid to upper teens <br />with mostly sunny skies in store.<br />That's Korea for you and here's the international weather for viewers around the world.<br /><br />
