South Korea has begun to recover the remains of soldiers killed during the Korean War within the DMZ on Monday...without the North's participation.<br />This comes after the defense chiefs of the two Koreas signed a comprehensive military agreement last September...aimed at reducing military tensions.<br />Although the two sides back then said they will jointly recover the remains in April as a pilot program, South Korea's military sources say...they weren't able to get a response from the North on the matter. <br />Sources added the South has begun the process at Arrowhead Hill, the site of one of the fiercest battles during the war. <br />
