통일부 "北김광성 소장대리, 연락사무소 복귀... 북측 9~10명 근무로 평소수준 회복"<br /><br />North Korea's deputy minister of the inter-Korean joint liaison office has returned to work after three weeks of absence.<br />Seoul's unification ministry confirmed Kim Kwang-song, was back at the joint liaison office in the border town of Gaeseong on Monday.<br />North Korea has two deputy ministers who take turns staying at the office, but neither of them had been present since March 11th -- even before the North temporarily withdrew its officers.<br />Around 10 North Korean officers were working at the office on Monday,... the same number as before their withdrawal.
